Why I Got Into Fitness And My Transformation

Today, I've got something to help you on your health and fitness journey...
To the person who woke up today struggling with weight, body confidence, what you see in the mirror, feeling like there is nothing that will work...

I am here to tell you that you need to keep pushing! You can step into your best, most confident & happiest version of yourself.

BEFORE I STARTED MY FITNESS JOUNEY


I have been through my own transformation and been on both ends:

- 18kg heavier, unhealthy habits, zero knowledge about nutrition, over-eating, sugar addiction, doing plenty of cardio that I didn’t enjoy, lack of confidence and ashamed of my legs.
- Full restriction mode, over exercising, under-eating myself, avoided social events

This is when I started venturing into fitness and taking a more proactive approach to my lifestyle.

NOW

After trailing so many different fancy shakes, tablets, and supplements, I realised the biggest factor in getting results is changing your mindset and realising that your health is a life-long commitment.

We have one body to live in, we need to cherish it and look after it so we can live a long and healthy life.


I can honestly say I have stepped into my best self and helped many of my clients to do the same!

I have a very balanced and healthy relationship with food, I do not restrict food groups and I eat my fav food every day

  • I weight train 4x a week, plus I do Calisthenics or Yoga 1x a week to have fun and learn new skills.
  • I am confident in my body and happy with my shape (which I would never say a few years back)
  • The fitness journey did not help me to look better, but it improved my overall health, sleep, skin, stress, daily routines and also it helped me to find new friends and connect with like minded people.
  • I am proud of myself for being strong and of what I have become today.
  • A healthy lifestyle does not mean a rigid meal plan & hardcore gym obsession. Being healthy is a way of living.
