You have set a goals but you are not confident to use the machines, use the squat rack because there is only shredded people? Wrong. Be confident with those tips.

Clothes

1. Be Confident in What You're Wearing. Research some active brand and buy unique stuff that you would love to wear. I suggest not to save money on sport clothes as good quality of fabric has many other benefits.

Equipment

2. Be Confident With the Equipment You're Using. Get a PT to help you out or check some YouTube videos for some idea.

Plan Ahead

3. Plan Your Workout. Write it down to a calendar. Get a PT if you do not know what to do or research workout plans or build the workout plan that would suit your goals and time.

Focus on You

4. Ignore Everyone Else. Exactly. Everyone is in the gym because they want to improve, same as you :).

Partner Up

5. Workout With a Companion.

Personal Training

6. Give Personal Training a go. Yep. It cost loads of money, but you get results, you do not have any injuries after that and you learn for next time what to do.

Avoid Busy Times

7. Workout During Off-Peak Hours to avoid loads of people in the gym (peak hours are usually very early morning and after 4pm till 8pm.)

Music

8. My favorite part! Pick your music that would boost your energy! I have a Spotify playlist that you can listen to.
