Not sure how to start your fitness journey? Want to get in shape? Are you a beginner or you are not sure how to structure your workout?

Over the course of 12 weeks, this program is designed to help you improve strength, weight loss, endurance, conditioning, and overall health., expect to progress your fitness level and mindset through our structured and easy-to-follow training programs. The program is split into 4 phases of training to put your body through multiple challenges to optimise your results and develop a foundation of strength.

You need a pair of dumbbells or water bottles. One week we focus on power and strength, the next on hypertrophy (build muscles), and the final one will help with conditioning and muscular endurance.

How does it work?

Sign up and show up for 12 weeks! You will receive an email once you pay for this program to create a profile in my App called Trainerize. Once you create a profile, I will assign you the Booty Growth Program (please allow max 48 hours to appear on the app, if you cannot see it after 48 hours, please contact me at hello@fitbywendy.com).
